My promise to you is a professional, thorough, and detailed home inspection.  I'm diligent when conducting your inspection to ensure you get the attention to detail you expect in your home inspection. This often means I find defects the other guys don’t. And that can mean the seller, not you, will pay for the repairs needed which will potentially save you thousands of dollars. Because I’m extremely thorough, I feel strongly that you’ll be satisfied with my inspection service and inspection report. I feel so strong you’ll be satisfied I make this guarantee to you-- if you attend your home inspection, and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with the “Quality” of the home inspection service, tell me before receiving your report and I’ll either make it right, or you don’t pay the home inspection fee!  My other promise to you is this, if you honor me by placing your trust in me to inspect your new home, I’ll give you my very best effort to ensure you are fully informed about the condition of the home so you will have the confidence and peace to make an informed decision about the purchase of your new home.
